The aloe in Curaloe products is our own Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis Miller) — the “true aloe” prized in skincare and wellness, not the wild Aloe ferox that most South African aloe brands use. We grow it ourselves and cold-press it within hours of hand-harvest at our plantation in Vivo, Limpopo Province, South Africa.

That aloe is certified organic by Ecocert to both the USDA National Organic Program (NOP) and EU organic standards. Curaloe is the consumer brand of African Caribbean Aloe Products (ACAP). Why Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis Miller)?
