Suggested Usage
: For maximum benefits NutriPods should be taken with meals. Because only one NutriPod is recommended, each Pod contains a full milligram of folic acid (a necessary daily minimal). It would be perfectly safe for an individual to use two NutriPods per day, if required due to an inadequate diet or poor health. In this case, the NutriPods must be taken at separate meals for optimal assimilation. For maximum benefits NutriPods should be taken with a meal.
