"Deep, ruby-black hue with little transparency, lighter on edge. The nose is full, nuances of blackberries, prunes entwined with an amalgam of spice. Full-bodied, aromas of blackberries, prunes lead a vibrant front, along with spices and subtle herbs. Generous, ripe tannin coated the palate, provide structure and grip; balanced acidity lifted the wine to a perfumed dry finish. Match with grilled steaks and matured cheese over the next 3+ years. 2 x Montecampo Montepulciano DOC 2019 (Italy)

This Montepulciano has a brilliant, attractive and warm ruby-red colour. The bouquet is ample and remarkably complex, with vinous and characteristic tones. Dry on the palate and gracious, with delicate and soft veining, and a fine and harmonious balance.

Food Pairing: The wine can be consumed throughout a meal and makes a particularly fine accompaniment for all red meat and game dishes.

2 x Sensi Collezione Chianti DOCG 2019 (Italy)

Ruby red color, it has a good body and a persistent aroma with hints of cherry and spice. In the mouth reveals itself as soft, fresh and pleasantly balanced.

Produced in the heart of Tuscany coming mainly from the hilly area between Florence and Vinci. Hilly terrains with altitudes of 700 meters above sea level, mainly made up of sandstone, limestone-marl substrata, clay shale and sand with the presence of galestro pebbles (called Scheletro in technical terms).

Food Pairing: Chianti is a versatile wine, suitable for every occasion. Chianti Wines go well with first courses with meat sauces and stews. Ideal if matched with Tuscan salami like “finocchiona” and “lardo di colonnata”and with cheeses like Tuscan “pecorino”.
