The Wildlife Habitat Hedging Mix is suitable for a wide range of soil types, making it an excellent choice for most gardens and landscaping projects. It thrives in loam, light-medium clay, neutral, slightly acidic or slightly alkaline soils, and in ground that stays moist but free-draining. It is not suitable for very dry soils, very strong alkaline soils, waterlogged ground, or heavy, poorly drained clay.
In addition to offering year-round visual appeal, this mix forms a natural barrier that provides privacy, shelter from the elements, and secure nesting and foraging habitats for local wildlife.
Our hedging whips are grown in the UK from UK origin seed.
If some species become unavailable, they will be swapped out for another appropriate species.
