Melatonin B6 Spray is formulated to promote natural sleep. Decreased melatonin production and sleep issues can develop with aging and lifestyle factors (artificial light, shift work, late night/altered sleep schedules, and exposure to electrosmog including laptops, television, and computers). Taking melatonin helps regulate sleep-wake cycles, resets circadian rhythms, increases REM and total sleep time, and improve overall sleep quality. When combined with vitamin B6, melatonin biosynthesis, secretion and absorption is enhanced.

Dosage: Adults: Spritz 1 to 10 sprays under the tongue before or at bedtime   

Ingredients:

Melatonin 1 mg

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1 mg

Caution: Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. For sleep restriction/altered sleep schedule; delayed sleep phase disorder; sleep-wake cycle: If symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult your health care practitioner.

Contraindications: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product.
