How to use each rice variety
- Spanish Yellow Rice — the saffron-colored base for arroz con pollo, paella, and yellow rice sides
- Cilantro Lime Rice — pair with grilled fish, Cuban bowls, tacos, or as a fresh side for Cuban pork
- Valencia Pearl Rice — the short-grain rice for authentic paella and risotto-style dishes
- For all three: 2 parts liquid (water or broth) to 1 part rice, simmer covered until liquid is absorbed
- Let rest 5-10 minutes off heat before fluffing with a fork
