Designed specifically for 24V off-grid applications, the SolarTech Power SPM045M-WP delivers 45W of clean energy with robust monocrystalline efficiency. Featuring a 68-cell configuration that produces a nominal 24V output, a weather-resistant junction box, and a 900mm cable with MC4 connectors, this panel is ideal for 24V battery charging, remote power systems, telecommunications, water pumping, lighting, and small residential, RV, marine, or commercial DC installations.

Key Features & Benefits

45W Monocrystalline Power Output: Delivers reliable power using 68 monocrystalline silicon cells (156mm × 26mm) arranged in a 4×17 series matrix, providing solid performance with 12.1% module efficiency.

24V Nominal Output (34.2V Vpm): Designed specifically for 24V off-grid systems, delivering an optimal charging voltage for 24V battery banks. The higher voltage also reduces line loss over long wire runs compared to 12V panels.

Pre-Attached MC4 Connectors: Comes with a 900mm pre-attached cable and MC4 connectors, simplifying installation with industry-standard plug-and-play compatibility.

Durable Construction: Built with high-transmission tempered glass, double-layer EVA encapsulation, and an anodized aluminum frame for long-lasting outdoor performance.

1000V System Voltage: Maximum system voltage of 1000V DC allows for flexible array configurations with multiple panels in series for larger 24V systems.

Wide Operating Temperature Range: Functions reliably in extreme conditions from -40°C to +85°C.

Outstanding Low-Light Performance: Generates power even during dawn, dusk, and overcast conditions, maximizing daily energy harvest.

Fine for a man (with skinny wrists)
Color: Black/Gray, Color: Black/Gray
I have an older mens ironman which has gotten a little beat up and needs replacing. The band is much longer than I need. The metal clasp sits off-center on the underside of my wrist, closer to the part of my wrist which curves around to the front. The too-long strap sometimes flops around and catches on things. I couldn't find a smaller-band mens version, so I tried this "womens" watch (picking the most manly-looking one, of course). I like it better. The band fits my wrist much better, with the metal band in the middle and no flop. I also like that the watch is lighter and the face and band are smaller and less bulky, so it is less noticeable when I'm wearing it (cycling weight weenies will appreciate this). The face is still large enough to be easily legible and contains all of the same great features as my mens ironman watch, plus the newer versions now have an hourly chime, nice! Other info: my wrist is ~17.5cm or ~7.0" around. On this watch, I use the 6th out of 9 slots on the band. On my mens ironman, I use the 3rd out of 9 slots. Weight: this one = 28g, mens = 39g. Pics show comparison of my prior mens ironman with this new "womens" ironman. Photo order is confusing (couldn't figure out how to change that). They are: (1) side-by-side, mens on left, (2) mens band (wider and clasp is off-center on my wrist, end of band hangs over the edge of my wrist -- too long for me -- catches on things), (3) womens band (less wide, clasp is more centered on my wrist and end does hang over edge of my wrist), (3) womens watch (smaller, and looks new), and (5) mens watch, looking a little beat up.

Watch holds up in saltwater!
Color: Black/Gray
I bought this watch to use for my trip to the Galapagos Islands. I read two reviews that the watch does not hold up in salt water. I went snorkeling in the ocean 6 times, about 45 minutes each time. The watch did not leak. I did take precautions by keeping the watch under my rash guard and lowering myself slowly into the water. I also rinsed off my watch each time I snorkeled. I also bought this watch for the multi time zone feature by saving the time on the west coast, east coast and Galapagos time since I cannot change the time on my Fitbit until I land in an airport. I did not use any other features of the watch because I generally use my phone or Fitbit for an alarm or timer. The only complaint I have is that Timex now discourages changing the battery by the consumer. I changed the battery myself on my old Ironman watch. The new Ironman watch is fitted with triangular head screws. So I will have to purchase screwdrivers with triangular heads when it comes time to change the battery.

Reliable and durable, even in harsh conditions
Color: Black/Gray
This watch has served me very well. From Arctic waters to long distance races, it has held up to everything except one task I asked of it, which was my fault. This watch can handle repeated free dives to 12 ft deep. It cannot handle scuba diving at the same depth for an hour straight without needing to have the battery shorted to reset it. It fits well, lights up consistently and brightly enough to read without being blinding, keeps accurate time, and generally does everything I want it to.
