It's been over a decade since the last 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke rolled off the assembly line. A lot can happen to a vehicle in that much time. And, if you're like many 7.3L Powerstroke owners, you've been through more than one degas tank. Over time, the stock plastic tank becomes brittle and cloudy, making it prone to breaking and impossible to see the coolant level. Luckily, Mishimoto has a solution that will look and function in 15 years, just as well as it does today. Replace your ugly and brittle plastic stock tank with Mishimoto's all-aluminum 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke degas tank. The fully-welded design of Mishimoto's degas tank means that it won't crack and leak coolant, and the integrated sight glass makes checking the coolant level easy. No more trying to shine a flashlight through a muddy tank. For even more convenience, the Mishimoto degas tank includes an additional 1/8in NPT port for easy pressure monitoring. Of course, this degas tank is also backed by Mishimoto's Lifetime Warranty. In the unlikely event you have an issue, Mishimoto has you, and your 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke, covered. This Part Fits:

WARNING - EXTREMELY SHARP AREAS
Color: Yellow Nylon Corn on the Cob, Color: Yellow Nylon Corn on the Cob
UPDATE: The 2nd one I ordered was exactly the same with the sharp parts in the same areas as the first one. I cannot stress enough that a few points are sharp enough to cut or badly scratch. So if you’re planning on putting some food on it so your pup can lick, this is not the product you want! This could still scratch or cut the gums if used as a chew toy too though. I was thinking about sanding the sharp points but then I have no idea if that exposes any chemicals somehow? Really wanted this to work out!
I took this corn on the cob toy out of the plastic to wash it and before I even got to the sink I realized there were several areas that are super sharp. A few sharp enough that could cut or badly scratch! It was sealed in a plastic bag and shows no signs of being used so this defect must happen at the manufactures level. I added a video showing how easily it snags a cotton ball, cotton pad and even a beanie. Please thoroughly check your item before giving it to your pup! I was so excited to put some smashed banana on this thing and give it to my guy and thank god I checked it first! I’m going to return it and see if a 2nd one is any better and I’ll update if it is or isn’t. Also, the super sharp spots were very hard to photograph which is why I added the video.

Nice toy
Color: Red Nylon Yellow Hotdog
It is cool, tough and hard. Just wish it was larger bc my dog is 80 pounds. It won’t fall apart in a day and made in the USA!

good purchase
Color: Red Nylon Yellow Hotdog
This thing is great for hi anxiety dogs and dogs that ned to have something to do or to chew. It will take them a while to get through to it. I was told that it was indestructible but I knew if there was a dog that could do it, it would be mine, and she did. But it took her some time. But she loves it and it keeps her busy.

Cute and durable!
Color: Red, Color: Red
My dog absolutely loves this toy! I'm not sure why people are complaining it's too hard, it's a nylon dog chew toy, it's supposed to be hard. I love the little holes in the lattice top I can stuff with treats. It keeps my very (VERY) active dog busy for a long time. I would definitely recommend this if you have a power chewer. It's also super cute, I just love to see him tote around a piece of pie.
