The cooler than average weather during harvest resulted in a longer ripening period and facilitated an outstanding flavour and tannin balance. Producing red wines with elegance and balanced natural acidity.

Grown organically, hand-picked and then naturally fermented. After fermentation the wine was pressed directly to small oak vessels for 5 months maturation on malolactic lees. Produced with minimal SO2 and filtration.
