100% Friulano –  A varietal distantly related to Sauvignon Blanc, full of peachiness and minerality. The Friulano grape makes a rich, dry wine with lovely stone fruit flavours.  It is a full bodied white, with no oak influence.

100% Pecorino – One of the ‘trendiest’ grape varieties around at the moment. Dry, crisp choke full of tropical and stone fruit. Perfect seafood wine!

The wine has a bright yellow colour with greenish tinges. Fruity aroma with citrus, tropical nuances, white peach and exotic fruits like papaya. It has a lingering and very fresh taste with a slightly balsamic finish. Medium acidity and good structure. It can be successfully matched with fish entrées, savoured raw fish, shell fish, all fish dishes.
