Premium D2 Steel Blade & Micarta Handle
Designed as a specialized peeling and processing knife, it features a drop point blade with a wide, long profile for optimal functionality. The blade is crafted from D2 steel with a stonewashed finish (matching all metal parts), paired with a black rough-grained Micarta handle for exceptional grip.

Functional & Convenient Design
The blade includes a blood groove (fuller) that prevents sticking to cut materials during peeling and processing, ensuring smooth operation. A wide finger ring at the handle's end secures your fingers for effortless, controlled use.
