Bright yellow gold colour in the glass. Aromas of tropical fruits such as bananas and melons and apple; perfectly integrated with the vanilla from the fermentation in oak. It is a fresh wine, mid-palate and elegant finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with Mediterranean salads.

Red intense garnet with a ruby hue in the glass. Aromas of fresh fruit, assembled with spicy notes and subtle mocha. Spices and ripe fruits with hints of vanilla, toffee, spices, chocolate, French oak. The input is kind, mid-palate, sweet tannins and fruity finish. Firm tannins, ripe dark fruits, vanilla and chocolate providing good structure and body with a long finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal to accompany beef tenderloin pepper, Sweetbreads empanadas or matambrito of pork barbecue.
