Place the pad directly on top
Relax for 15–20 minutes

Heating Instructions
Microwave:
Heat for ~2 minutes 30 seconds (adjust as needed)
Do not exceed 3 minutes 30 seconds
Oven:
200°F for 20–30 minutes on a cookie sheet
Cooling Instructions
Place inside the Ice Bag (or any sealed bag)
Freeze for 1–2 hours or store in freezer
Washing & Care
Unlike food-filled pads, Lavayoo can be washed.
Dishwasher: Top rack, normal cycle
Drying: 200°F in oven for ~1 hour until fully dry
(Fine sand may appear — just dust it off)
