To cancel a MONTHLY Subscription, simply email to: [email protected] by the end of the month prior the next shipment. For example, email notice of cancellation by the end of March, will cancel your delivery and no charge will be made beginning in April.
When?: Subscription boxes will be shipped out to your address, or to your recipient's address, within the first 8-10 days of each month. *Our packaging and shipping materials are recyclable, reusable, or compostable.
