Hope the instructions could be clearer

The supplement come with capsules. The isnstruction is somehow vague. It says Take a capsule, 1-3 times per day. It does not mention before drink, after drink or during drink. I tried before drink and did not feel much better lol. Probably gonna try a few more times and update this review later.

Affordable fiber supplement!

For starters, Amazon is one of the few places that sells these fiber tablets, so I was pleased that they were affordable. I prefer the tablets over the powder because it’s just easier for me to use. Three tablets and you’re good to go for the day. The fiber supplement works well compared to others I have tried. It’s very gentle on your stomach. Worth it!
