This brandy has a beautiful golden light brown colour and a nose bursting with complex aromas of dried fig, walnut, menthol and a hint of cocoa powder.
Once in the mouth, this special cask finish is pleasantly dry and amazingly precise which underpins the sherry top notes for which these casks are famed. The palate boasts notes of raisins, walnut and a herbal touch, reminiscent of traditional vermouth. The long-lasting finish reveals accents of toasted almonds and dried herbs.
