The domed lid helps to reflect heat around the grill, allowing you to cook food evenly. Adjustable air vents on the lid also give you control of the temperature, so you cook your food just the way you like it.
The BBQ also comes with a stainless steel grill and tong handle to sit your food on which is both convenient to use and easy to clean.
