The MidNite Solar Classic 250 is a high-power MPPT charge controller designed for off-grid solar, wind, and hydro systems up to 250VDC input. With Arc Fault and Ground Fault protection built in, free web monitoring via the MidNite Local Application, and exclusive HyperVOC for cold climates, it delivers up to 63 amps of charging current for 12V to 72V battery banks. Ideal for large off-grid residential, cabin, or remote renewable energy installations, especially those with long wire runs. Made in the USA.

Multiple DC Input Sources: Supports solar, wind, and hydro MPPT modes – versatile for any renewable energy source.

Built-In Arc Fault Protection (AFCI): Meets NEC 2014/2017/2020 690.11 requirements with 0.25 second detect and trip speed.

Built-In DC Ground Fault Protection (GFP): Integrated, resettable GFP meets NEC requirements – no external GFP device needed.

Free Web Monitoring: Use the MidNite Local Application or MyMidNite secure service to monitor your Classic remotely.

High Efficiency (98%): Maximizes energy harvest from your renewable source.

Built-In Data Logging: Stores 380 days of daily history and 24 hours of data at 5-minute intervals.

Dual Programmable Auxiliary Outputs: Two AUX outputs for load control, generator starting, low battery disconnect, or logic input from a lithium BMS.

Terminals Rated for 75°C: Accepts #14 to #4 AWG copper wire.

5-Year Warranty: Backed by a 5-year standard warranty with an extended service program available.

Very lightweight and not good for fetching
These balls are very lightweight. They feel like styrofoam. I try to use my Chuckit Chucker to throw them but they don't go very far and the wind will drift them in another direction as they are so light weight. Then, when my dog's saliva covers the ball, the moisture creates a suction in the launcher and the ball won't exit the chucker at all no matter how much force I put into the launch attempt. I guess they might be good for chewers, but not for throwing, if your dog likes to fetch. They would be good for throwing in the house as they won't damage anything.
