Recommended Dosage: Take 2 capsules 2 times per day with food.
Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are following a low protein diet, or if you are taking dopamine, tetracyclines, antihypertensives, thyroid hormone medication, contraceptives, beta-blockers (e.g. propanolol), or calcium blockers (e.g. Diltiazem), or if you have coagulation disorders, are at risk for bleeding, or are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications, or if you have hyperthyroidism, Grave's Disease, a thyroid disorder, or a history of non-melanoma skin cancer. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a copper storage or metabolism disorder, such as Wilson's disease, a history of systemic lupus erythematosus, or if you or are taking corticosteroids or cyclosporine. Discontinue use if you experience nausea, headache, fatigue, heartburn, joint pain, or if gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, and/or skin rash appear.
