Perfect ice cold after dinner, poured over vanilla ice cream, or savoured slowly with friends.

This special combination of Coffee and Brandy is crafted at the hands of Villa Zarri, unquestionably Italy's finest brandy producer and the epitome of artisanal spirits production. Based in Emilia Romagna with production dating back to the 16th Century, the Villa Zarri Trebbiano wine brandy ages for 6 years in French oak barrels after which time it is infused with three premium coffees: an Indian coffee, and Arabica coffee and a very low-acidity coffee called ‘Plantation A’. The Infusion lasts for several days, during which the ground coffee passes on flavours and aromas to the brandy. A touch of water and just the right amount of natural sugar are added to balance the bitterness from the coffee and render a silky, sumptuous and deliciously pure Coffee Brandy. All of these Brandies have been in bottle for at least one year, allowing the liquid to settle and Water is then added to adjust the alcohol level to the required percentage, along with a little sugar to soften the bitterness of the coffee. The infusion is filtered and allowed to rest for at least one year before bottling.
