How will this affect my bike?
For the 2024 models, KTM has introduced a post-catalyser O2 sensor. Customers have reported that after a period of running (100km-800km), the computer gives a catalyser efficiency warning. This disables cruise control and illuminates a notification on the dash. No other adverse effects to the running of the bike. Customers have found success installing M18 O2 sensor extenders with a catalyser included. We will provide more information on solutions when available.
Please note this hack improves the situation although the light still appears much later. Upto 1600km with 2nd version. Includes hand held code obd reader and clearing ability. Link to listing below.
