This video is 22 mins and 55 secs. It is a not a beginner level video. The level is for Intermediate and beyond. To do this tutorial, you should be able to do a headstand against the wall, or better yet, freestanding (but not necessary). You should also be able to hold a plank position, and do a backbend/bridge. There will be a beginners video coming very soon!
