"Bright, fleshy, fruity and brand new with core flavours of light red cherry and strawberry. A dry wine with lots of touch point of texture and freshness, fine fruit tannins and saline acidity. "Ripe, fresh, youthful varietal with a pure fruited bouquet of sweet green pear and yellow apple, there's a whisper of lees adding complexity, then scents of clay, sone, simple spice and barrel. On the palate a youthful expression, taut and new with plenty of acidity and bite, then flavours of citrus and pomaceous fruits, some lemon flesh and grapefruit. A whisper of tropical melon as well. A with vibrant white peach, ripe melon, and a touch of lemon zest. An underlying layer of wet stone and subtle honeycomb. This wine was barrel fermented for added complexity.
