Made to be displayed on a wall with the included french cleat, this imposing Wampa is even larger than the costume made for the film. It’s scaled up to the massive in-universe size the beast was intended to be on screen! It’s also the perfect companion to our Life-sized Tauntaun Busts!

At approximately 32″ tall (including hair), it’s based on the creature’s specific look in the Special Edition of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back.  Developed with high resolution scans of original artifacts and extensive first-hand examination of the original costume from the film, this new bust is part of our Star Wars™ Archive Collection, a continuation and expansion of our work creating authentic replicas with impeccable lineage.

Each polyurethane resin and mixed-media bust is 100% made in the U.S.A. with hand paint, hand-applied FX-grade fur, hand-laid hair, and the same fur treatment used in the film’s production to simulate ice. These busts are carefully crafted masterpieces that are hand finished by the artists in our New York studio in extremely small batches.

Limited to just 50 pieces, this Signature Edition comes with a COA and framed metal plaque hand-signed by ILM artist Howie Weed, who was part of the team who made the costume for the film and was inside the costume performing as the Wampa in the movie!

This incredible replica will be packed in a large cardboard carton with die-cut foam insert for oversized ground shipment.
