Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico SuperioreThis superb wine is intense, full bodied, loaded with flavours ranging from dried cherry and plum, dried fig, kirsch, chocolate, herbs and earthy, savoury notes. It has a rich smooth mouthfeel, and a generous long, warm finish. This wine is made with the very top grapes (mostly Corvina). The grapes are picked early then dried for four months. These concentrated grapes are then crushed and fermented very slowly, and once fermented, aged for 36 months
