The EFI RCTRS-2B-48G-N Oven Range is built for professional kitchens, offering superior durability, powerful burners, and a spacious oven for high-volume cooking. The stainless steel front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf ensure longevity and easy maintenance.
This commercial oven range is equipped with heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners, each delivering 25,000 BTU/hr, providing powerful and consistent heat. The 12” x 12” cast iron grates enhance even heat distribution, while the 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate (on applicable models) retains heat efficiently for precise cooking.
The large-capacity oven measures 26-1/2 x 26 x 14 inches, perfect for baking and roasting. With a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner, multiple rack positions, and a built-in safety shut-off system, it ensures reliable and flexible cooking performance.
