Folic acid leads to folate deficiency. This can result in neural tube defects in developing embryos.
Folic acid is helpful in producing healthy red blood cells and preventing hemolytic anemia.
Cyanocobalamin is one of the two coenzyme forms of vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). Vitamin B12 plays an important role in red blood cells, prevention and treatment of anemia, methylation reactions, and immune system regulation.
How to use: Adults: 1 teaspoon 2 or 3 times daily.
Children (below 12 years): 1 teaspoon once a day or as prescribed by the physician.
