Designed around lightweight aluminium frames with modern geometry, the Haste models offer stability and confidence for off-road riding. Featuring lock out forks and disc brakes – the Haste range is packed with value and functionality, perfect for riders seeking an adventure on a budget.
The Claud Butler Haste 1.0, a new addition to our mountain bike range, delivers an outstanding combination of versatility and value. Built around a light aluminium frame, this updated model features Shimano Tourney gearing with Rapid-fire shifters and a 3x7 drivetrain that offers a wide gear range. Braking is handled by 160mm mechanical disc brakes, delivering consistent stopping power. This combined with 80mm lock out suspension fork provides control in a variety of conditions.
We re-designed the previous model to feature a slacker head angle, longer top tube, and shorter head tubes, for improved stability and handling, for a more confident ride. The 720mm wide handlebars and 60mm stem enhance off-road control and comfort, giving you the confidence to tackle bigger trails and develop your off-road skills. Equipped with 650B double-wall rims and fast-rolling WTB Ranger tyres, the Haste 1.0 is ready for mixed terrain adventures.
