The Search for UAPs: Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena is a game that immerses players in the real-world search for mysterious objects in the sky. As researchers, you’ll work to prove the existence of UAPs by analyzing data from satellites and scouring the edge of space for clues. Whether it’s spy satellites, space junk, or even the I.S.S., your job is to identify these objects and, most importantly, confirm the existence of UAPs. Inspired by recent sightings and declassified reports, this game challenges you to look to the sky for answers.
In this follow-up to The Search for Planet X and The Search for Lost Species, players use rotating magnetic space boards to track sightings across different quadrants as the Earth rotates. You’ll analyze data from three types of satellites and automatically receive declassified UAP reports from the government. Scoring points by taking pictures of objects and uncovering the elusive UAP, you’ll need to navigate the unique challenges of inner and outer orbits while competing to be the top researcher. With rules for solo play, The Search for UAPs offers hours of intriguing gameplay for up to 5 players.
