Signs your MacBook Air 11" A1370 battery may need replacing

The A1370 was powered by Intel Core 2 Duo and later Sandy Bridge processors. The 11-inch compact form factor meant the 35Wh battery was worked hard from day one. At this age, capacity degradation is the expected outcome rather than the exception.

The model number is also printed on the underside of the machine near the hinge. If you are unsure, bring the MacBook in and we will confirm the model before starting any work.

This model uses a MagSafe 1 connector for charging. If the MagSafe connection feels loose or intermittent, that is a separate fault from the battery and we will assess both during the repair.
