Domaines des Pasquiers Côtes du Rhône Red Blend 2020 (France)Red fruit Liquorice Medium bodied Fleshy Bright ruby colour. The nose is very aromatic with intense red fruit aromas, followed by a hint of liquorice and pepper. Palate is expressive and the wine is fleshy. A red blend of 75% Grenache and 25% Syrah grown in sandy light soils at the limit of the slopes of Sablet in Rhone Valley. Grapes are destemmed and fermentation is completed over 10 15 days in concrete tanks at a temperature around 25 degrees. Note
