Easy to Apply: 1. Place mesh behind knee. 2. Fasten lower strap below knee. 3. Fasten top strap above knee. 4. Adjust straps for snug fit. Sizing: Measure around center of knee 12 - 18 inches (30 - 45 cm). Care: Hand wash, cold. Do not bleach. Line dry, air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.
