This unit also provides a core temperature probe, this allows the chef to confirm if the product is thoroughly cooked and at the desired temperature. A grill is also manufactured within this unit, giving the option of a different cooking method, convenienant for different chefs and kitchens.
Several wash programs are also featured within this unit, offering a range of washes from short, medium, long, grill and rinse to ensure that everything is thoroughly cleaned depending on how dirty the unit is.
