100% Beef Muscle is a low-sugar, lactose, gluten and fat-freed beef protein formulation, supplemented with carbohydrates and the branched-chain essential amino acid L-leucine. The daily dose of the product contains 30 g of hydrolysed beef protein, 2 g of L-leucine and 64 g of carbohydrates, mainly in the form of maltodextrin and starch. The protein content of the product can support your bulking goals by contributing to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and the carbohydrates are involved in the restoration of normal muscle function (contraction) after high intensity and/or prolonged exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of skeletal muscle glycogen stores. This beneficial effect may be achieved by the intake of carbohydrate from any source, up to a total of 4 g/kg body weight, to be consumed in several portions within the first four hours, but not more than six hours, following high intensity and/or prolonged exercise leading to muscle fatigue and skeletal muscle glycogen depletion. With its rich chocolate taste, it can make your post-workout relaxation more enjoyable and add protein and carbohydrates to your diet.

Good, but size up!

These are exactly what I wanted, but as many have stated, you need to size up. I found that going up two sizes (from my usual 28 to a 30) made for a great fit. I love that they come in a 29 length. One anything point is they came with creases in them from being folded in the package for a length of time. I had to steam and press them before wearing. I’ll likely buy them in other colors.

order 3 or 4 inches up than your usual waist, run very small in waist

arrived with dirt on the bottom legs but amazon helped with that. anyway I weigh 115 lbs and am 5'8 and I am a woman. I know that Dickies these days run super small for their size, so it sounds insane but order up 4 inches than your normal waist size, then run small in the waist and they will shrink a size with a few washings. I ordered a 33 waist and they did shrink probably a size in one wash lol! they are still a bit loose in the waist but not big and I know with a couple more washings they will be just right. I do not like anything skinny fit or with no give. but yah, I love the charcoal gray color, one of my favorite colors, much cooler than plain black. I normally enjoy the Dickies shorts but with these forty something degree afternoons these are my new go tos. I am not a jeans person and I sure as hell with not be wearing pajama pants out in public like these dang younger adults lately.

Comfort and Appearance

The shoes were as advertised. Marc Joseph (I hav 4 other pairs) are the perfect shoes for me with my physical needs. Additionally they are exceptionally comfortable and attractive. This pair I returned because they weren’t quite the right fit for me. They are, like my other Marc Joseph shoes, very well made and very attractive.
