The Simpson Strong-Tie DHU2.1/16TF Top-Flange Drywall Hanger is designed for connecting floor trusses and joists to wood or concrete/masonry walls while maintaining fire-rated wall assemblies.

Simpson Strong-Tie DHU2.1/16TF Features
- Top-flange design preserves fire-rating with 1" member-to-wall gap.
- Compatible with solid sawn lumber and engineered wood members.
- Code compliant with IAPMO ER-287 listed and tested per ASTM D7147.
- Galvanized for corrosion resistance in typical interior environments.
- Available to order skewed up to 45 degrees.
- Tested for two-hour fire wall assembly rating in 2x4 or 2x6 walls.
- Code listed for structural use under ICC-ES ESR-2552.
- Tested according to ASTM E814 with F and T ratings for use on one or both sides of the wall.

- Install drywall first.
- Use all specified fasteners as per guidelines.
- Ensure wall top plates are restrained to prevent rotation.
- Upper plate splices must occur at a stud location.
- Hanger must be installed on the cold side of the wall assembly.

Mini paper plates

These smaller paper plates are perfect for a quick lunch when you don't need a big plate but just something quick for a sandwich or a dessert.
I love these plates because they are so durable. They're sturdy and the value is amazing. I've checked everywhere on pricing and you can't really beat Amazon's prices for these.
Additionally, they always arrive on time and they are always packed well. I've been using these for years. I love them. They make my life much easier. (:

Good plates but someone can't count

Good plates, exactly what I needed. Sold as 2 packs of 300 but only 1 pack of 300 arrived. Since this is an Amazon deal, they don't give you a way to talk to a seller, only let you make "suggestions" for the future. Only recourse given at that point to to return for a refund. It would appear sending half the order is a common issue with this particular offer.
