The Severed Metal Works Militant takes a skeletonized design philosophy as far as it can go. The frame is cut down to the structure that matters, removing every gram that isn't doing work, which makes the Militant disappear in a pocket in a way that solid-construction fixed blades can't match. A finger ring at the base of the handle adds stability in grip and speeds up deployment, letting you index the knife the same way every time without looking at it. The blade is 80CrV2, a high-carbon tool steel known for toughness and a fine, durable edge that holds up to repeated sharpening over the life of the knife. At approximately 6.25" overall with a 2" blade, the Militant is built specifically for carry first. Made in the USA.
