To determine your head measurement, you can use either a tape measure or a non-stretchy string. Place the tape on your forehead, where you wish your hat to rest and pass it around your head, ensuring you include its fullest part. Please be confident that the tape measure is straight, not twisted. If you use a string, you need to make sure it does not stretch. Wrap it gently around your head in the same manner. After you have marked the exact circumference, lie the string down on a flat surface and measure the length with a flat ruler.

Great shirt! Great price!
Size: 17"-17.5" Neck 34"-35" Sleeve, Color: Medium Blue
These shirts are listed for sale on Amazon with the title "Unlisted by Kenneth Cole men's Slim Fit." To me these shirts aren't "Slim Fit." I have purchased "Slim Fit" shirts in the past from other manufacturers and they were always too tight on me. I'm 6ft and 185 lbs. To me these shirts are more a standard fit and they fit me perfectly.
They are made with a combination of cotton and polyester which means they resist wrinkling. And for about $20 each they are a great deal!
Kenneth Cole also sells their "Unlisted by Kenneth Cole men's Regular Fit" on Amazon. These shirts should be called "Big and Tall" or "Full Size" fit. This is the first shirt I ordered, and they were too big on me. They are mostly for chubby or muscular men.
