The Circular Pol XXL Suspension Lamp, designed by Emiliana Martinelli and manufactured in Italy, showcases large and elegant spirals of light. The Circular Pol XXL Suspension Lamp is disc-shaped and features diffused LED light. It is composed of 8 curved modules in rotational-moulded white polyethylene, connected by 8 aluminium joints to form a single circular ring. The lamp comes with steel suspension cables that are 5 metres long. The Circular Pol XXL is available in white and has a polyethylene structure. It is equipped with a dimmable Push/Dali electronic driver that is integrated inside the ceiling stud.

I really love Nedra Glover Tawwab's work. I started with "Set Boundaries, Find Peace" and that opened the gateway to a broader and more helpful healing journey for me. This book, "Drama Fee" was just an evolutionary step in her series and a more in depth dealing with family relationships. The different perspectives for each chapter on how the concept can be applied was/is helpful as it often feels like books of this nature are only telling the black or white way to focus on a relationship. I felt seen and heard that though my familial relationships are unique there are commonalities and in turn ways to approach healing, reconciliation (with oneself and with family), understanding and compassion, to a achieve drama free relationships. As humans we are bread for connection and I appreciate Nedra Glover Tawwab's help in navigating them.

Nedra outlines several different types of familial relationships and how challenging it can be to work through dysfunction or things we have considered normal that are not. Nedra also provides wisdom and tools on how to overcome the many challenges that occur in relationships with family members with gentleness, understanding and realistic observations and advice. Please keep in mind that there will likely be much to unpack from both your childhood and adulthood. It can be an incredibly emotional process in which you might need to take breaks and pauses.
