Directions

For an isotonic solution mix 2 level scoops (20g) with 250 - 300ml water. Alternatively, for a hypotonic solution mix 2 level scoops (20g) with 400 - 600ml water.
BEST TIMES TO USE:

• Pre-exercise: Start sipping WORKOUT JUICE up to 1 hour prior to a major event.
• During intense exercise: Consume up to 250ml liquid per 15 minutes exercise.
