The knowledge and technique used in making the panettone has been passed down from panettone maestri to their apprentices for centuries.  Chef Pierre Henry carries on this time honored tradition. We are so proud to produce the original artisan version.  

We use only fine wheat flour from Italy, pure creamery butter, egg yolks, candied orange from Italy, chocolate milk chips, calamansi citrus from Carpinteria, and honey from the Ranch Vista del Mundo (Santa Barbara).  Quality ingredients and traditional baking methods ensure that our customers will enjoy this authentic festive Italian specialty. Serves 8/10 people.  

All of our products are made without preservatives and should be consumed within one month of the ship date.
