Please send the item back to us to the address provided on the packing slip or return form, and circle the item that you are returning/exchanging. Let us know if you would prefer a refund or exchange. Upon inspection of the item, we will follow your instructions for either a return or exchange. Please allow 3-10 business days to process the order. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

While you can’t blast audio from both at once, switching is seamless. Just pause one and hit play on the other. For a JBL speaker set this versatile, it’s definitely worth the price.

While the JBL Go4 Duo does not feature built-in voice assistant support or a microphone, you can still control your music via your phone's Siri and Alexa voice assistants, or via the JBL Portable app to adjust your playback settings without touching the speakers.

To reset your Go4 Duo, simply turn the speaker on and hold down the 'Volume +' and 'play' buttons simultaneously for about 2-3 seconds until the unit powers off. Once you turn it back on, the speaker will be restored to its factory default specs, ready to pair fresh with your favourite devices.
