30 years in the making - the latest generation of Littmann Cardiology stethoscopes.
Satin Finish Tubing
Littmann stethoscopes’ satin finish tubing formula means that the same performance you’ve come to expect from the Littmann® Cardiology IV™ Stethoscope is now available with a more comfortable, flexible feel that is not likely to stick to hair or clothing. The satin finish also offers a more flexible feel for easier folding and stowing of your stethoscope, so you can keep it with you between patients, and its specially-formulated coating is easy to clean, with debris- and scratch-resistance to help preserve the look and life of your stethoscope. When compared to uncoated tubing, satin finish tubing is softer with a silkier feel, more stain-resistant, easier to clean, and featuring a pliability that makes it easier to put into a lab coat.
Useful in critical care and challenging environments such as the ED, ICU, Cardiac ICU, step-down unit and other dynamic locations. Hear subtle changes in patient status. Diagnose and make decisions with confidence.

Discover the superior acoustics and improved design of the Littmann Cardiology IV Stethoscope. This ground-breaking, upgraded stethoscope features a newly crafted stainless steel chestpiece, innovatively optimised paediatric and adult diaphragms exclusive to the Cardiology IV series, state-of-the-art long-lasting tubing, a finely tuned bell side for instant low-frequency detection, and an industry-leading 7-year warranty.
Like its predecessor, the Cardiology III, the Cardiology IV offers comprehensive acoustic range for both adult and paediatric auscultation, all thanks to its re-engineered dual-head chestpiece. By simply rotating the central spline, you can swiftly alternate between the two sides for versatile adult and paediatric auscultation. The novel single-piece diaphragms, exclusive to the Cardiology IV, enhance acoustic sensitivity, enabling clearer, more discernible sound reception. The modern long-life binaural—crafted from the latest material specifications—boasts a two-in-one tube design, extending the warranty length to an industry leading 7 years. Further design refinements include a recessed selector spline, allowing a seamless fit with the binaural tube, along with a visual indicator for easy identification of the operational diaphragm.
Experience the culmination of auditory precision and innovation with the Littmann Cardiology IV Stethoscope—your ultimate upgrade in medical auscultation technology.

Laser Engraving
Medisave offer a laser engraving service on all of our Littmann stethoscopes (and many other items of diagnostic equipment). Because we recognise the value and quality of your tools we have invested in the highest quality equipment and technicians to give you probably the finest engraving service available in the UK (superior to our competitor’s more expensive efforts). The end result is an elegant, permanent, precision mark on the surface of the chestpiece, allowing you to show a little of your personality and, more importantly, deterring thieves and making it easier to retrieve your scope should you misplace it. The service does not delay your order and next day delivery services are available.
