TASTING NOTES
Red wine with an intense ruby colour, showing a fruit-driven aroma with spi- cy notes and an overall elegant profile. On the palate it is intense, with well-defined yet smooth tannins, balanced acidity providing freshness, and a long, persistent finish.
Food Pairing
Pairs exceptionally well with all meat dishes, including grilled, stewed, and roasted preparations, as well as game and soft cheeses.
Vinification
Vinification carried out in granite lagares, with foot treading on the first day, followed by pump-overs and délestage until completion of alcoholic fermentation. Inoculation with selected active dry yeasts, with temperature control maintained between 20 and 24 °C.
Barrel Aging
Aged for one year in stainless steel tanks with oak staves.
