Bright, pale pink in the glass, this Rosé brims with the scents of watermelon, strawberries, and raspberries. Juicy and refreshing on the palate, it flows into a soft, creamy finish that keeps you reaching for another sip.

The fruit comes from mature Pinot Noir vines in the Wairarapa, where low yields consistently deliver depth and character. The 2025 season was a dream for Pinot Noir, a cool dry summer followed by a long, gentle autumn gave us perfectly ripe fruit with lively freshness. Grapes were gently pressed and cool fermented to capture every bit of aromatic lift before blending and bottling.

Our home block sits on a raised ridge of stony soils. Free-draining and sun-soaked, this site is perfectly suited to growing expressive Pinot Noir in a cool, dry climate. To build complexity, we picked fruit across a range of flavour spectrums. After gentle pressing and a cool fermentation, the component wines were blended early to lock in vibrant fruit character and freshness.

Food Pairing: Excellent on its own or match with crayfish, prawns or salmon.
