There is also more room available as the port in the beris KONNEX bar is significantly wider. Suitable for horses with little space in the mouth e.g. thoroughbred types or older horses (due to change in tooth alignment), horses with large tongues and, in particular, ones sensitive to pressure points on the tongue.

The Kimblewick Bit is an effective combination of a lever effect on the horse‘s lower jaw, pressure on the poll and change of position inside the horse‘s mouth. Three different buckling options allow the bit to be fine tuned. The sturdy side pieces of the bit give it weight ensuring a steadier position in the mouth.
