Suggestions
For pre workout energy support take 2 to 6 scoops 20 to 30 minutes before training. For post workout amino support at least 4 hours after initial pre workout dose, take 2 to 4 scoops after training. Do not exceed more than 10 scoops per day.

Ok product for average shape

ok for the price but didn't work out for us. I had one guy whose body is thick and one who is thin. Couldn't get the set to fit on top and bottom at the same time, pants were a lil see through, but still decent quality and price.
