Recommended Serving: Adults - Take 1 level scoop once daily with water on an empty stomach (one hour before of after a meal).
Directions: Take SierraSil Joint Formula 14 with water at least half an hour before, or two hours after a meal or other beverages. Additionally, drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day to support the multiple benefits of SierraSil Joint Formula14.
