Embedding and sealing each end of the pleat in this fashion fuses the three components together forming a unitized end cap and gasket. The overlap seam is sonically welded to reduce internal bypass improving filtration efficiency.
The media is pleated to maximize dirt holding capacity and extend the time period between changes or cleaning.
The Puretec PL052 sediment cartridge is resistant to both bacteria and chemical attack making them suitable for a variety of residential, commercial and industrial applications.

Good price and appears exactly like OEM

Good price for set of 3 also includes o-rings for cap. After finding engine litter on a rocker lifter change wanted to run several filters in quick succession changing the filter every 100 miles and topping off the oil. seems to be working well and catching any glitter.

Best Oil on the Market

I’ve used this and only this in my 15 Scion FRS since I bought it . I used to change it every 5k but I retired and now it’s a once a year oil change with less than 5k per year. The car has never had any issues with this oil . Since NASCAR changes oil in the cars every 500 miles I don’t whine about changing it once a year. $40 for oil is better than $10k for another built motor
