Content: Each bottle contains 60 tablets, which is a 30-day supply at the standard dose of 2 tablets daily.

Directions: Adults and children aged 12+: 2 tablets daily with food. For optimal absorption, divide the daily dose between morning and evening. Do not exceed the stated dose.
