Application & tips
- Collet: use 1/8″ (e.g. ER11), clamp tool securely.
- Cutting data: select speed, feed, and depth depending on material; for aluminum use low depth, coolant/minimal quantity lubrication recommended.
- Chip removal: upcut geometry ensures good chip evacuation – use extraction.
- Safety: use safety glasses, dust mask (especially CFRP/GFRP), and extraction.
Note: For maximum service life choose appropriate speeds, avoid vibrations, and replace dull tools in time.
